Knoxville Habitat for Humanity is currently soliciting contractors to submit bids or Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for new home construction projects in Knoxville and Knox County. Knoxville Habitat accepts bids for new home construction on an ongoing basis. 

Please click on one of the available bids below to access the Scope of Work Agreement. This will need to be filled out and uploaded with the subcontractor agreement.
